Stream RV is a locally owned RV dealership and service shop in Creedmoor, NC, about 25 minutes from North Raleigh and 20 minutes from Durham. Stream RV is locally owned and was founded in 2016. We sell RVs, and we service all types of RVs and campers, not just the ones we sell. The work is a mix of customer repairs and reconditioning our own inventory, towables and motorhomes, older units and new ones.

Monday to Friday, days only, year-round. No nights and no regular weekends.

PAY

  • Senior RV Technician: $30 to $38/hr. 7 or more years of hands-on RV repair, or equivalent professional experience. Mentors developing technicians.
  • RV Technician: $23 to $29/hr. 3 or more years of professional RV repair, or comparable experience in a related trade.

Pay is hourly W-2, set by skills and experience, plus a performance incentive tied to billed hours and quality work. You'll see your pay plan in writing before you accept an offer.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • 12V DC and 120V AC electrical: converters, inverters, transfer switches, shore power and intermittent wiring issues
  • Appliances, propane and plumbing
  • Slideouts, leveling systems, roofs, seals, leaks and cabinetry
  • Solar, lithium battery and inverter installs
  • Clear documentation on every work order

EXPERIENCE THAT'S A PLUS

RVIA or RVTI certification; Class A motorhome repair; solar, lithium and inverter installs, including Victron systems; welding and fabrication; hydraulic systems; training or mentoring other techs.

Shop and outdoor work. May involve lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing, crawling, bending, standing and stooping, with or without reasonable accommodation.
